Foundation GLEs
After district curriculum committees carefully analyzed the Teachers’ Guides to Statewide Assessment, the Foundation GLEs were selected to represent the learning goals that should receive instructional emphasis and should be assessed to the degree that ensures mastery by all students. These GLEs DO NOT exclusively represent the GLEs (leaning goals) of the grade or subject.
